This is the content of the agreement established between ROSAL GRUP and the Sector 3 Council. It is numbered 5066 and it is dated 11.11.1999.
The public partnership of collecting hard rezidues, out of:

The Sector 3 Council promotes awarness among citizens regarding the collecting of solid rezidual waste;
ROSAL GRUP offers the technical support, the garbage recipients and it periodicaly picks up and transports the rezidual waste;
Fesability study regarding the braodnening of the street cleaning area, including:
- The zones between buildings
- The alleys without names
- The garage zones
- Empty or unclaimed land

75% of the contracts with firms.
